1903

Laerskool Warmbad opens its doors on 19 October 1903. A small house with only two rooms is used. It is located in Reitz Avenue. There are less than 30 learners and two teachers. The school’s original name is Warmbaths Government School.

In 1912 the first brick buildings on the present grounds are built. Today these buildings are used as the Remedial Centre.

In November 1922 the school grounds are fenced with wire.

Green is chosen as the school colours in 1941. Today the colours are Maroon, Deep Gold and White. The school crest is designed by Ds. Lategan.

D de Villiers composes the school anthem on 26 June 1949.

In 1956 the hostel is built. Today it is used as Grade 2 classrooms.

The school hall is built in December 1961.

In 1967 the six neighbouring stands are bought and as such the school is surrounded by four streets.

In April 1970 the double-story building, today the foundation phase building, is used for the first time. The three-story building, today the intermediate and senior phase building, is used for the first time in May 1970.
